published three times a year by <strong>the</strong> American <strong>Psychological</strong> Society.<br />
Ord<strong>in</strong>arily, each issue of PSPI will conta<strong>in</strong> a s<strong>in</strong>gle analysis of an important<br />
issue of public <strong>in</strong>terest. All articles are commissioned by <strong>the</strong> editors, and PSPI<br />
does not accept unsolicited manuscripts. An article is commissioned by <strong>the</strong><br />
editors only after careful vett<strong>in</strong>g of both <strong>the</strong> topic and <strong>the</strong> authors. Topics<br />
chosen for commission<strong>in</strong>g are nom<strong>in</strong>ated from many sources, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g<br />
editorial board members, APS Board of Directors, and members of APS. All<br />
members of APS are <strong>in</strong>vited to nom<strong>in</strong>ate topics (and names of potential<br />
