Since <strong>the</strong> men will be out hunting we are inviting <strong>the</strong> ladies to Scheels Arena for a fun night out <strong>with</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Fargo</strong> <strong>Force</strong>. All ladies will be admitted to <strong>the</strong> ladies night festivities and game for only $7. Here’s your<br />

chance to showcase, book parties and sell your product to ladies. Join in <strong>the</strong> fun by purchasing a booth!<br />

Booth Package Includes<br />

1-8ft table and 2 chairs<br />

4 tickets to a future <strong>Fargo</strong> <strong>Force</strong> hockey game<br />

Your business listed on <strong>the</strong> <strong>Fargo</strong> <strong>Force</strong> website for <strong>the</strong> <strong>Ladies</strong> <strong>Night</strong> Promotion<br />

The opportunity to sell, book parties and take orders at your booth<br />

Price $100/Booth (only one company/product can be represented at a booth i.e. jewelry and candles can’t be sold at <strong>the</strong> same<br />

booth)<br />

3-4:45 PM Booth Set Up<br />

5-9 PM Booth Displays Open<br />

6:15 PM Hockey 101 in Shooters<br />

7:05 PM <strong>Fargo</strong> <strong>Force</strong> vs. Omaha Lancers<br />

9-10 PM Load Out<br />

Fans will be admitted into <strong>the</strong> concourse at 5 PM<br />

Booth Set Up & Tear Down<br />

Booths will be set up in <strong>the</strong> concourse of Scheels Arena. Booth location will be determined by order of booth reservation. Booth<br />

type will be determined on a first come first serve basis. i.e. two Lia Sophia displays will not be permitted. All booths must have<br />

a table cloth. A white table cloth and blue skirt are available for rent from Scheels Arena for $20. Booth participants may begin<br />

setting up at 3 PM and everything must be set up and ready to go by 4:45 PM. Tape/adhesive materials are not allowed to be used<br />

on painted surfaces. Booth participants may park in <strong>the</strong> small lot or handicap lot located next to <strong>the</strong> arena for load-in. Vehicles<br />

will <strong>the</strong>n need to be moved to <strong>the</strong> diagonal parking on 51 st street by 4:30 PM. Booth participants may access <strong>the</strong> arena through<br />

<strong>the</strong> main doors located at <strong>the</strong> south end of <strong>the</strong> arena. There is elevator access to <strong>the</strong> concourse level.<br />

3. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received by November 8, 2010 will<br />

receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after November 10, 2010.<br />
