General Information
1. Children’s Conference: We offer a varied program of
games, music, crafts, catechism lessons and entertainment
for all children ages 4-12 (refer to the daily schedule found
in this agenda). Parents, if you leave the grounds for
any reason, please take your children with you. If your
children are in the children’s program, it is necessary that
you remain in the Auditorium so that a parent can be
found when necessary.
1a.
Saints Under Construction (ages 4-9), Totally Yours
Youth Program (ages 10-11) and Goretti’s Girls (age 12)
and Bosco’s Boys (age 12): Please refer to your agenda
for beginning and end times of the Children’s Program.
Each session will begin by gathering the children inside
of the auditorium – the children will be called up by age
group and will then be taken to their program with their
group leader. The children will be brought back to the
auditorium after each session. Parents: please wait inside
of the auditorium main seating area until your children
have been brought back to you.
1b.
Children, ages 4-12, will be busy either in their
homerooms or at a location/activity listed on their
homeroom door at Redeemer Hall. If you need to locate
your child while activities are running, please find a
staff member with a radio and ask them to contact Jana
Carmack on channel 1.
2. Destiny Generation Youth Program (ages 13 &
up): Meet in the St. Joseph Auditorium Annex (see daily
schedule). There will be music, games, friendship,
presentations, and all sorts of activities, but most
importantly, the program will focus on the many REAL
LIFE problems which youth face in our world today,
as well as some real life, God-centered solutions! All
teenagers are strongly encouraged to attend, and single
young adults are welcome as well!
3. Noah’s Nursery & Closed-circuit Conference Viewing
Room: Mothers of toddlers, age 3 and under, can view
the conference via closed circuit TV, if needed. Located in
Redeemer Hall, Room #9 and #12.
4. Diaper Changing Stations for your convenience
located in Redeemer Hall: Noah’s Nursery Room #9 and
Women’s Rest Room. Please do not change diapers inside
of the auditorium.
5. Evangelization Bookstore: Come and learn more
about the Family Apostolate’s multimedia resources for
catechesis/evangelization. Family Apostolate members
will be available in the bookstore throughout the weekend
to answer questions on the catechetical and evangelization
programs.
6. Video Viewing Room: To learn more about the
Apostolate for Family Consecration, there are videos
available in Redeemer Hall, Room #12. Plus, you can also
view the conference live, via closed circuit TV.
7. Registration/Information: Located in the bookstore. If
you have any questions, the Family Apostolate staff will be
more than happy to assist you.
8. Lost and Found: Located at the registration/information
table in the auditorium.
9. Eucharistic Chapel: Our Lady of Victory Chapel is
located in Redeemer Hall and will be open throughout
each day of the Conference. Please sign up for an
adoration time near the registration/information table in
the Auditorium.
10. Seating in the Auditorium: Seating is general
admission. Only those wearing proper badges and
wristbands for the auditorium will be admitted.
Wheelchair seating is easily accommodated within the
auditorium; please consult an usher to make the necessary
arrangements. During the liturgies, reserved seating at the
front of the auditorium will be provided for priests and 4th
Degree Honor Guard Knights of Columbus.
11.Reconciliation: The Sacrament of Confession will be
offered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Conference.
Confessionals and/or chairs will be set up along the right
side of the St. Joseph Auditorium.
12. Priests and Deacons: All bishops, priests, and
deacons are invited to participate in the Conference’s
Eucharistic Liturgy each day. Please report to the Sacristy,
located in Redeemer Hall, Room #23 (signs are posted),
30 minutes before Mass begins, for vesting, instructions
concerning Communion distribution, and to arrange
times for hearing Confessions. Please bring your own alb.
Chasubles will be provided.
13. Altar Servers: Please report to Redeemer Hall, Room
#22, 30 minutes before Mass for vesting.
14. Knights of Columbus 4th Degree: Please report to
Redeemer Hall, Room. #21, 30 minutes before Mass.
15. Pre-Paid Meals: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and
dinner, and Sunday lunch. At the time of registration you
would have received a meal plan wrist band, this will need
to be worn at all times in order to go through the food line.
If you should need a replacement band, please go to the
registration table.
16. Food Concession Stand Hours of operation:
Fri: 3:00pm – 10:00pm
Sat: 8:00am – 10:00pm
Sun: 8:00am – 3:00pm
17. EMERGENCIES: Police/Fire/Medical Emergencies:
Dial 9 then 911, give the address of your location, which
is posted near the phone.
17a. Redeemer Hall 3516 County Rd. 36:
The First Aid Room is room #6. Go to the main entrance
(facing the field) and proceed straight ahead where there

will be signs posted. Take a right; the first room on your
left is the First Aid station. There is also an emergency
telephone located in this room. Dial 9 then 911, give the
address of your location which is posted near the phone.
17b. St. Joseph Auditorium 3538 County Rd. 36:
There are first aid supplies in chest near left end of Shroud
display. For emergencies, use the telephone by the
Information Table.
17c. Holy Family Park 4490 County Rd. 36:
Emergency telephone is located outside of Francisco
Shelter to the left of the front door. Emergency calls are
free. Give them the address of this location posted near the
phone.
First Aid items are located in Bl. Francisco Shelter (far left
corner). Fire Extinguishers can be found in the men’s and
women’s restrooms by the cabins and in other buildings.
17d. St. James Field 3550 County Rd. 36:
Emergency telephone is located in Redeemer Hall near the
men’s restroom. Dial 9 then 911, give the address of your
location which is posted near the phone. First Aid kits are
located under the sink in shower trailers, in supply room
of the bath house, and additional items are in the first aid
room at Redeemer Hall (Room #6).
Fire Extinguishers are found in most of the cabins. If your
cabin does not have one, there should be one located in
the cabin next to or across from yours.

• Take the “John Scott Exit,” bear to the right up the hill
• Turn left at first stop light (Sunset Blvd
• Follow “H” ( • Hospital) signs on your right
at the conference without prior written approval from
the Theology Department of the Apostolate for Family
Consecration (30 days before the conference). We truly
appreciate your cooperation.
23. Personal Tape Recording: Can only be done from
the seats during the conference. Sorry, no taping will be
permitted near the speaker’s area. Professionally recorded
CDs of the conference talks may be purchased at the
Evangelization Bookstore.
24. Conference Audios: Professionally recorded CDs
of the conference speakers’ talks will be available for
purchase in the Evangelization Bookstore.
25. Photography: Please refrain from flash photography.
It greatly interferes with the conference atmosphere and
television productions.
26. Smoking: We have a smoke free environment. Thank
you for not smoking in any of the buildings or restrooms.
27. Restrooms: Restroom trailers are located just outside
the main entrance of the St. Joseph’s Auditorium, with
additional restroom facilities located in Redeemer Hall,
St. James Field, Blessed Jacinta Shelter, and by the cabins
at Holy Family Park.
28. Courtesy Phones: Located in Redeemer Hall — follow
the signs. Also refer to #17 under Holy Family Park.
29. Displays: Located in the Evangelization Bookstore.
Displays feature the Apostolate for Family Consecration’s
various multimedia programs available to families,
associations, and parishes for evangelizing and
catechizing.
