wide range of models and makes your 

selection process easy in finding the 

right clinching unit for your application. 

Custom units are available on request. 

Power drive: 

for a compact, integrated design where 

space requirements are not critical, we 

offer: 

+ TOX ® -Powerpackage pneumatic cylinder 

with integrated air to oil intensifier. 

For a compact design where space 

requirements and weight are critical, 

we offer: 

+ the specially designed TOX ® -hydraulic 

cylinder type HZ with complete air 

to oil separation for hydraulic approach 

and power strokes, and pneumatic return 

stroke. 

+ the specially designed pneumo-hydraulic 

cylinder type AT with complete 

air to oil separation for pneumatic 

approach and return strokes, and hydraulic 

power stroke. 

Both cylinders, type HZ and AT, can be 

powered by either: 

+ the state of the art pneumo-hydraulic 

booster, or 

+ a hydraulic power unit. 

TOX ® -stripper in standard units is integrated 

in the C-frame and additionally 

guided during the TOX ® process. Easy 

exchange of tools is possible without 

disassembling the stripper unit. 

Punch and die are interchangeable 

and reversible in special executions. 

TOX ® -Portable units are available as 

C- or scissor-executions. A variety of 

hangers and gimbals are offered that 

can be adapted to the various applications. 

TOX ® also supplies in-process-controls 

customized to the TOX ® Clinch 

process. The TOX ® -Process Monitoring
