Desert Ordeal Paul and the kids are headed for a vacation in California, but along the way their little Beechcraft is hit by lightning and forced to land in the desert. Forest Fire Paul assures the boys that a fishing trip to Montana will be fun, but they didn’t count on a face-to-face meeting with a bear—let alone a terrifying forest fire. Hostages An old friend invites Paul and the boys to Alaska for some fishing. It is a dream trip until hijackers take over their fishing boat. Mountain Blizzard Even before the Barclays reach their skiing destination in the Grand Tetons a blizzard comes out of nowhere, their car crashes, and Paul breaks his ankle. Tornado The small Kansas town seems pretty boring—until giant hailstones start pelting down from the darkening sky. The Pass The Rockdale football team is about to play for the state championship.
