Directions<br />

From Bath City Centre take the A36 towards Warminster. After<br />

approx 11 miles take the 2nd exit at the Warminster Road<br />

roundabout onto the A361 direction Oldford and <strong>Frome</strong> and<br />

continue along the A361 until you reach the Warminster Road<br />

junction, when you turn left onto the A362.<br />

Continue along the A362 to to the roundabout take the 1st exit<br />

onto Broadway. After approx half a mile turn right onto Egford<br />

<strong>Lane</strong>, continue forward onto Webb’s Hill, turn left onto <strong>Elm</strong> <strong>Lane</strong>.<br />

The property is the only house along the lane and is about 100<br />
