Center and Quality Project<br />

Objective: Create and solidify links with the community clubs through alliances and<br />

technical partnerships. Promote, follow and track the best prospects in one single<br />

environment.<br />

• Intended for limited number of players aged U 10 to U15 (Both genders).<br />

• Supplemental training offered by the professional club at the scale of 1x week.<br />

• Remove the players from a team oriented environment and focus on the development of the<br />

players Individual capacity.<br />

• Opportunity to supplement the work done in the clubs and allow for a better monitoring of the<br />

players, track their progression through time (Create a database of the Ottawa Player).<br />

• Club Head coaches and Technical Directors involved in the selection process and on-field<br />

work.<br />

• The program will run in both summer and winter (non-conflicting dates).<br />

• The OF<strong>FC</strong> community Club Center also allows for coaching education opportunities.<br />

• Similar centers to be developed in Clubs (Quality standards)<br />

• These programs are offered in segments of 10 sessions x 4 to allow movement of players.<br />
