CyFish Lite & Tri‐lite Bivvy Setup Instructions
1) Choose a suitable spot to erect your bivvy by placing the groundsheet on the floor. The small Chub badge
shows where the doorway will be. The elastic pegging points should be on the underside.
2) Fold the front of the groundsheet back to its widest point.
3) Unfold the bivvy arms and connect the poles, 6 joints on the Cyfish Tri‐Lite, 4 on the Cyfish Lite

4) Bring the two ends of the tension strap together and clip into place.
5) Peg out the back of the bivvy, matching the canopy pegging points and lasticated groundsheet pegging
points. This will help you to peg the bivvy out in the correct shape.
6) Fold the front of the ground sheet over the tension strap.

7) Locate the pointed tension bar centrally at the back of the bivvy, clip into place and extend so that the
canopy is taut. Repeat this for the other bar/s.
8) Peg out the front of the bivvy, matching the canopy pegging points and elasticated groundsheet pegging
points.
9) To ensure a waterproof seal, tuck the canopy skirt underneath the groundsheet from inside the bivvy.
Please note that if your bivvy is packed away wet after use, it must be completely dried out at the earliest
opportunity. This is necessary to prevent mildew forming on the fabric and also attacking the tape sealed seems.
Failure to carry this out can cause permanent damage to the bivvy fabric and result in poor performance of this
product.
