In pursuance of the approval accorded by the competent Authority, All<br />
newly appointed Junior Engineer (Gen) shall undergo one year Induction Level Training<br />
Programme, covering Mandatory Modules on Theoretical as well as In-Plant Training as per<br />
IE Rules 1956. The following newly appointed Junior Engineers, MSPGCL, are deputed in<br />
Batch No.- K-49 at Koradi Training Center, Koradi, commencing from 13 th April 2009.<br />

Terms and conditions for deputation to the above training batch No. K-49 are :<br />
1. The trainees are directed to report at training center latest on 13 th April’ 2009<br />
for training by 9.30 A.M. along with their safety shoes and helmet. Bachelor<br />
accommodation is arranged at the training center for the participants.<br />
2. Dress code for class room will be<br />
a. For all days – Formal dress (Jeans not permitted)<br />
b. For special occasion – Grey Trousers/Light Pista Shirt for Gents<br />
/Same combination Salwar Suit or Light<br />
Pista Colour for Ladies/ Light Blue Blazer<br />
for all<br />
c. For Yoga classes – shall be intimated to trainees after joining.<br />
3. As the training at Koradi training center is fully residential, they are entitled for DA<br />
as per General Order No. 56 dtd 12.09.1969.<br />
4. They will be entitled for TA/DA for reporting to the training center and also during<br />
study tour as per <strong>Company</strong>’s Rules provided the study tour is undertaken to places<br />
other than Koradi. All the TA/DA advances will be given by the training center.<br />
The TA bills for the same should be submitted by the participants to the training<br />
center itself before relieving from the training center<br />
5. After completion of the theoretical training, the trainee shall report back to the<br />
respective power station where they were working prior to attending this training<br />
programme and shall undergo in-plant Training.<br />
6. The above training is statutory as per IE rules and hence all the Trainee<br />
Engineers are to be trained compulsorily.<br />
7. Training format is as given below:<br />
Phase I – Training at KTC (Classroom Training)<br />
Phase II – Training at KTC (Classroom Training)<br />
Phase III – Training at their respective place of work (In-Plant Training)<br />
