The current economic conditions and planning policy aspirations go head to head in achieving deliverable<br />
residential development and Af<strong>for</strong>dable Housing. The importance of understand viability and its impact of<br />
planning policies has never been more important and will continue to be a key element of any future residential<br />
planning application.<br />
James Brierley, Director at LSH, will present on the fundamentals of viability and tricks of the trade in assessing<br />
