VIABILITY FOR BEGINNERS
The current economic conditions and planning policy aspirations go head to head in achieving deliverable
residential development and Affordable Housing. The importance of understand viability and its impact of
planning policies has never been more important and will continue to be a key element of any future residential
planning application.
James Brierley, Director at LSH, will present on the fundamentals of viability and tricks of the trade in assessing
schemes for affordable housing.
