STRATEGY DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
This request is for State funding of debt service associated with the Texas A&M University-Central Texas TRB.
The TRB is for the first building for the Texas A&M University-Central Texas campus. The building is a multi-purpose building housing classrooms, a bookstore, food service
court, general purpose computer lab, and offices for faculty, administration, and support staff.
