STRATEGY DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:<br />

This request is for State funding of debt service associated with the <strong>Texas</strong> A&M <strong>University</strong>-<strong>Central</strong> <strong>Texas</strong> TRB.<br />

The TRB is for the first building for the <strong>Texas</strong> A&M <strong>University</strong>-<strong>Central</strong> <strong>Texas</strong> campus. The building is a multi-purpose building housing classrooms, a bookstore, food service<br />

court, general purpose computer lab, and offices for faculty, administration, and support staff.<br />
