Note: All players must be full time members of your club to participate. All members should plan on bringing their membership card<br />
to the player check-in table prior to their first game. Rosters are limited to no more than 10 players per team.<br />

Open: Designed for the best players in the tournament.<br />
“A”: Designed for teams that are very competitive but are not at the Open level.<br />
Masters: Designed for players ages 40 and older. Must turn 40 years of age during 2008 to qualify.<br />
Golden Masters: Designed for players ages 50 and older. Must turn 50 years of age during 2008 to qualify.<br />
Women’s Division: Inaugural open division to women 18 and older. Must be 18 years of age by the time of participation.<br />

The National Association of <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Athletic</strong> Directors’ (NACAD) Basketball Tournament is rapidly approaching. This annual event<br />
allows clubs to compete and demonstate their skills is being held in <strong>Los</strong> <strong>Angeles</strong>, California May 15 thru 18, 2008. The inaugural<br />
launching of the Women’s division has us believing there will be greater than 30 teams entering the tournament. Please make plans<br />
to join us for an enjoyable spring weekend.<br />
When: Thursday, May 15th thru Sunday, May 18th, 2008.<br />
Where: Games will be held at various downtown area venues near the LAAC.<br />

Games: Games will be held at three sites with the following Pairings:<br />
LAAC: Golden Masters<br />
Salezian: Masters & Women<br />
TradeTech: Open & ‘A’<br />
Games are slated to begin at 9 am Friday Morning (5/16) but may begin on Thursday evening (5/15) if<br />
necessary. The majority of the teams in the tournament will begin their games on Friday May 16th,<br />
continuing through Sunday, May 18th. The semi-finals for all divisions will be held on Sunday morning and<br />
the finals in each division will be held on Sunday in the early afternoon. Please convey to each of your<br />
members that depending on their playing schedule, they should plan on flying to <strong>Los</strong> <strong>Angeles</strong> Thursday<br />
afternoon/early evening and departing late (5pm) Sunday afternoon.<br />
Hospitality: The LAAC will provide a continental breakfast on Friday thru Sunday, lunch Friday and Saturday, and an<br />
evening reception to include beer and a taco bar on Friday evening. We have some special events<br />
scheduled for your enjoyment early Friday and Saturday evening before you tackle the vast L.A. attractions.<br />
Cost: $1,500 per team (make checks payable to The <strong>Los</strong> <strong>Angeles</strong> <strong>Athletic</strong> <strong>Club</strong>)<br />
