MATERNAL DEATH REVIEW 1. Govt. of Manipur issued order for formation of 1. State Level Task Force for Maternal Mortality Reduction 2. District Level MDR Committee. 2. Identified State& Districts Nodal Officer on MDR 3. Identified 9 Public Facilities & 9 Private Facilities for MDR 4. 8 districts (out of 9) have constituted District MDR Committees. 5. 3 Public facilities (33%) and 6 Private Facilities (66.6) constituted FBMDR Committees. 6. SNO trained on MDR at NIHFW, Munirka, New Delhi 7. State Level Sensitization Meeting on MDR performed on 23 Feb 2011 with Dr. Dilip Kumar Das, National Resource Person, Dr. Ch. Manglem Singh, HOD, O&G, RIMS and SNO. 8. 3 Nos. of MDs are now under investigation and review 9. Planned for conducting State Level Training of FBMDR & CBMDR in 1 st week of April 2011 25th March 2011 SPIP 2011-12, MANIPUR 11
