HOW CAN I JOIN PLAYING RUGBY IN MAURITIUS?<br />

It is very easy to jo<strong>in</strong> play<strong>in</strong>g <strong>rugby</strong> <strong>in</strong> Mauritius. All you need to do<br />

is contact the people <strong>in</strong> charge of the Coach<strong>in</strong>g Center and/or<br />

Senior Club closest to where you live, who will then guide you<br />

through the <strong>in</strong>itiation process. You can look for contacts on the<br />

website at www.mauritius<strong>rugby</strong>.mu<br />

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE FEDERATION?<br />

You need an official license to be able to be<strong>com</strong>e member of the<br />

federation and play <strong>rugby</strong> (renewable every year). Charges per<br />

year are MRU 1,000.00 for all licenses. For first time registrations<br />

you will need to fill out the membership form and <strong>in</strong>clude 2 passport<br />

photos of yourself. To renew your license all you need to do is pay<br />

the annual membership fee of MRU 1,000.00.
