Notes
a) Before making an application, you should read the Guide to the
Conditions of Authorisation and the Assessment Procedure for ATP
Designated Stations.
b) Applicants will have to comply with paragraph 2 ‘Conditions of Approval’
of the Guide to Authorisation.
c) If this application is made in connection with any changes in ownership or
legal entity of an existing ATP Designated Station, please attach an
explanatory letter giving the name(s) of the previous owner, name of
premises and the approval number.
