July School Holidays – Sleeping Beauty On Ice
Rundle Mall will be the coolest destination in town these School Holidays with a
fantastic free ice show under the Gawler Place Canopy.
An Ice Show in Rundle Mall has become somewhat expected in the July school
holidays, and this year Rundle Mall will not disappoint the thousands of people who
visit for a fabulous free ice show.
These holidays the classic story of Sleeping Beauty will be played out in grand
pantomime style with skating, singing and acting by all the favourite Sleeping
Beauty characters.
There’s 16 FREE shows under the Gawler Place Canopy between Tuesday 9
and Saturday 13 July, so there’s plenty of opportunity to take in the spectacle.
Plus, there’ll be exclusive offers from Rundle Mall retailers available to every
audience of Sleeping Beauty on Ice.

An A5 flyer with exclusive offers from Rundle Mall retailers has been
produced and will be distributed to audience members at each
performance.
Campaign advertising and other school holiday information will be
displayed at: www.rundlemall.com.

Along with advertising the Sleeping Beauty On Ice campaign on a
banner under the Gawler Place Canopy, the school holiday activities
will be advertised on the Rundle Mall Super Screen (City Cross).
Chinese Tourism – accept the China UnionPay credit card
In April 2013 the Minister for Tourism Leon Bignell travelled to Hong Kong and

18,000 to 57,000, growing the economic benefit they bring to $450 million by
2020.

of visitors to feel at home. One way in which you can attract Chinese visitors to
your store is by accepting the China UnionPay credit card. For more than 700
million card holders, quite often, the only method of payment in Australia is with
cash or a UnionPay card.
National Australia Bank facilities already accept UnionPay and Commonwealth
Bank facilities will be compatible from July 2013. If you are with a
non-compatible bank, NAB can lease terminals for a monthly fee of $40.
