The <strong>Group</strong> considers its primary reporting segment to be geographic. The <strong>Group</strong> is operated on a worldwide basis in<br />
four regions: Hong Kong and Macau, Other Asia, Europe and The Americas. In addition, the <strong>Group</strong> has two distinct<br />
business segments: hotel ownership and hotel management. The <strong>Group</strong>’s segmental information is more fully<br />

The operating profit from hotel management in 2006 has been restated to reflect the reallocation of <strong>Group</strong><br />
management costs related to hotel ownership and the corporate function from hotel management activities where<br />
they were previously reported.<br />
