The Singapore Israel Industrial R&D Foundation (SIIRD) is a co-operation between the Singapore<br />
Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS) in Israel set up to<br />
promote, facilitate and support joint industrial R&D collaboration between Singapore-based <strong>companies</strong><br />
and Israel-based <strong>companies</strong> across different industries.<br />

solar cells.<br />
Fuel Cells Powered UAV <strong>for</strong> Civil Applications<br />
Bluebird Aero Systems Ltd (Israel) and Horizon Energy Systems Pte Ltd (Singapore) are developing an<br />
af<strong>for</strong>dable, high-per<strong>for</strong>mance mini-Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) powered by fuel cells and equipped<br />
