In the name of Allah the Gracious the Most Merciful
All thanks be to Allah who Said in His book: ﴾The believers, men and women,
are Auliya' (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another ﴿and
prayers and peace be upon the prophet of mercy and war who said: ((The
similitude of believers in regard to mutual love, affection, fellow-feeling is
that of one body; when any limb of it aches, the whole body aches, because
of sleeplessness and fever)) and upon his generous companions who
corrected events of injustice, and reprimanded the unjust, so they became an
example to follow in giving victory and honour, and bravery and sacrifice and
upon who followed them well of the people who save and who are faithful.
In a new episode of the catastrophes which hit our Islamic nation whose
wounds only heal to be reopened, starting from the far East where the
wounds come in waves on our brethren and families in Myanmar at the
hands of the Hindu gangs, passing by the heart of our nation where the
suffering of our people in Palestine is increasing by the day on the hands of
cursed Zionists, and the near yesterday the disaster is shaking our beloved
Azwad in Mali by the hands of France, … and today a most horrible disaster
occurs to our Muslim brethren in the republic of central Africa, and there’s
no might or power but by Allah…
It’s a new episode in the series of the hateful crusade war against Islam and
its people wherever they are, an episode that takes place in the heart of the
African continent, monstrous massacres, mass evacuation, ethnic cleansing
and a systematic ethnic war that’s practiced, by international crusade with
local and international hands.
Yes... What’s happening today to our Muslim brethren in the republic of
central Africa is ethnic and sectarian cleaning, by all measures; it’s the worst
ethnic cleansing practiced against Muslims in the country’s history, as in the
reports of amnesty international.
yes… it’s horrible massacres that occurred to Muslims there, under the super
eyes and ears of that they claim to be, international peace keeping forces,
which only came to increase the suffering of Muslims, and mislead the public
opinion, as it always does in those catastrophes, and their role in Bosnia
Herzegovina is not forgotten.

Yes it’s a major tragedy only surpassed by the tragedy of the silence of Arabs
and Muslims and their ignoring its facts, as if they forgot the beloved chosen
one prayers and peace be upon him: ((A Muslim is a brother to a Muslim, he
wouldn't leave him without assistance or hand him over to (his Satan or to
his self which is inclined to evil)).
And is its norm, from between the destruction of tragedy there came the
poisoned cooking smell, and the dirty French role in fuelling that conflict and
helping the Christians of the regions, where France has unarmed Muslims in
an open and studied way, amid its historic fears of Islamic expansion, and in
return helped the Christians and on the other side they supplied weapons to
Christians for the conflict to leave its common ethnic form, and balance from
a struggle here and there to a Franco-crusader hateful campaign on Muslims
and Islam.
It’s the occupying hateful imperial France which along the history has, and is
playing the role of the guardian on the African continent and treats its
countries as if they are its old colonies, taking people for slaves, and fuelling
conflicts, and raising feuds and taking treasures, to keep its interests and fill
its whims.
Facing this great disaster and feeling our responsibility for Allah first, and
supporting the oppressed, even with words and statements and then in face
of the oppressed and who were unfairly judged, we in AlQaeda in Islamic
Maghreb, deplore this monstrous massacres against Muslims in those
countries, and deny and refuse it and say:
Our people in central Africa:
May Allah increase your reward for the disaster that begat you, and we can
only forward our most sincere condolences to the families of the dead and
the wounded and the missing and who lost their homes, and we ask Him to
provide you with patience and condolences, and we ask Him to have mercy
on the Muslim dead and to take them into His mercy in His wide paradise, so
O Allah reward us for our disaster and replace us better, and truly from Allah
we come and to Allah we return.
Our brethren and families in central Africa … you are not alone in this
disaster, as the hearts of the Mujahedeen are with you in pain for your injury

and look forward to give you victory with all it has got ... in Islamic Maghreb,
Somalia, Iraq, AlSham, Afghanistan, Palestine, and Chechnya.
You’re not weak, you are the sons of a dear brave Muslim nation, to which
the Tsars and Caesars knelt of Persians and romans in the past, and have fed
killing poison to Russians and Americans recently.
and we tell them.. have faith, by the permission of Allah, your blood won’t go
in vain, and we will do all we can to give you victory, and to revenge from the
evil gangs and criminals killers of old people, women and children.
Our brethren and beloved Muslims.. the way out of continuous massacres
against you from the part of the Christian gangs .. is in you considering the
causes of power represented in preparation and Jihad in the way of Allah ﴾.
And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war
(tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allah and
your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah
does know ﴿[AlAnfal part of Aya:60] it is the only solution to retain your
rights and treasures… and the legal way to keep your religion and dignity and
presence against the mighty crusader war practiced against you.
And to the nations of Africa in general we say:
You have revenge against France, go for it, don’t forget its occupation of the
past, and its continuous theft of your booty and treasures, and its messing
with your security and peace, its interests are all over the country, target it,
by Allah it wants its interests more than the lives and blood of its people let
alone the souls of others.
And to the Islamic nation we say:
Where are you O nation of the billion? .. and why is that shameful silence?! ..
are the Muslims of central Africa brothers for us, and their wound is our
wound and their tragedy is our tragedy? Why then differentiate between one
oppressed and another, aren’t Muslims equal in respect of blood. The lowest
of them is entitled to give protection on behalf of them and they are like one
hand over against all those who are outside the community!? As told by the
true believed believer prayers and peace be upon him!? Or have the large
number of wounds made you forget the calamity of central Africa as it has
the tragedy of the Muslims of Bangladesh and Myanmar my nation?!

* And you media, human rights, educated writers in our Arab and Muslim
worlds, why don’t you put your pens and cameras on what’s happening to
our Muslim people there in terms of massacres so you tell the world what
happened to your brethren?!
* And finally we tell the politicians and rulers of France.
Won’t you lift your lying protective umbrella from the necks of Muslims...?
Won’t you leave Muslims and other nations live free without your
guardianship and obvious interference in their business… and won’t you take
care of your corroding internal front and worry about your people’s
problems, unemployment is corroding your society, and the streets of your
cities are full of marches asking for improvement in life standards.
Haven’t you know and learnt yet… that your unfair policy will only lead to
more failure and loss as it hasn’t given your people but hatred and despise in
the memory of the oppressed, and that your clear intervention against
Muslims and your declaration of guardianship has projected your interests
together with the lives of your people to danger.
And know and be sure that your crimes won’t go without punishment, and
the war is between you and us, is going on, and wait for a disaster to come
your way from us or by our hands, they ask you is it true, say O by Allah yes it
is, and it may be near, and the matter is what you see, not what you read,
and who has warned is but excused.
And Allah is enough for it and He is the best to be, and the last of our
supplication is that all thanks be to Allah the Lord of the worlds.
And may Allah send prayers on our master Muhammad and upon his family
and companions and greeting be to them.
