1000, Washington, DC 20036-5802, who have been admitted pro hac vice to
represent the Defendants Cori Rigsby and Kerri Rigsby (“Rigsbys”), hereby move
to withdraw as counsel for the Rigsbys in this civil action. The Rigsbys have been
informed of this Motion to Withdraw and have authorized the representation that
they consent to the Motion.
This motion to withdraw is the result of the inability of the Rigsbys and
others to pay Zuckerman Spaeder LLP's fees and expenses going forward, or to
adequately satisfy existing fee and expense obligations.
The Rigsbys will continue to be represented in this civil action by counsel of
record Robert E. Battle and Harlan F. Winn, III of the law firm of Battle Fleenor
