・ 新開発のカット機構によりワイヤガイドに負担をかけずに切断できます。
・ サーボ制御のワイヤグリップ装置をツールチェンジャ上に標準装備しました。
グリップしたまま3次元に動かすことができるので、加工の自由度がさらに広がりました。
・ ロータリツールチェンジャーを搭載した 3 次元制御サーボスライドを 2 基装備
し、最大 12 個のツールまたはスピナを制御します。さらにロータリワイヤガイド、
ロータリワイヤフィードを装備し、合計 14 軸を制御します。
・ 3 次元制御サーボスライドはすべてのツールとスピナの位置を数値制御できます。
・ ロータリツールチェンジャーによって、成形に必要なツールを簡単に選択できます。
・ ロータリワイヤフィードとロータリワイヤガイド機構によって、線材とワイヤガイドを
回転できるので、スライドの位置を変更することなく、複雑な形状の成形が可能
になります。
・ コイリングツールは先端のチップを交換するだけで、異なる線径に対応できます。
・ 線材を通す際に送りを補助するモータが装備されています。

Features
・ A newly developed wire cutting system ensures that there is no loading on the wire guide.
・ Servo controlled wire grip unit is mounted on the tool changer as standard. It can be
operated 3 dimensionally with gripping the wire and it expands processing capability.
・ RX-60 has 2 sets of three dimensionally controlled servo slides with rotary tool changers. A
combination of up to 12 forming tools and spinners can be mounted on the changers. Also,
independent axes control the rotary wire guide, rotary wire feed, cut slide, and the auxiliary
slide. The RX-60 computer controlled spring forming center has a total of 14 axes.
・ The RX-60 controls the position of all tools and spinners by three dimensionally
controllable servo slides.
・ The required tools for spring forming are easily selected using the rotary tool changers
which are controlled by the program.
・ Rotary wire feed and rotary wire guide mechanism facilitates complex forming without
changing the position of the slide.
・ The tip of the coiling tool is easily changed when different wire sizes are used.
・ The RX-60 has an auxiliary wire feed motor which helps the operator feed new wire into
the machine.
