out and do an in-house measure,” says
Mann, who along with business partner
Danny Pabst, purchased the company in
2008 from the Taylor family. “Some customers
want to meet in the house and
have a colour consultation as well as an
on-site measure. In other cases, the customer
will come into the store and pick
out what they want, then we go and do
the measuring.”
Going into the store is a great
opportunity to see exactly how each
product feels and looks. With two levels
of show rooms, Taylor Carpet One
shows off its products by laying them
out on the floor. Customers can walk
around and really know what they
want to put into their homes.
