What is „<strong>Time</strong> <strong>Attack</strong>“?<br />

- I is a racing series, for stock and modified cars, whose goal is to<br />

achieve the best time for one round. This gives the drivers the<br />

possibility to compare their skills and their car within the group and to<br />

their previous rounds.<br />

- The aim of this series is to bring motorsport in an accessible form to<br />

a wide audience of motorsport fans.<br />

Who can participate at „<strong>Time</strong> <strong>Attack</strong>“?<br />

- Everybody, who likes the feeling of a Pro-race series and would also<br />

like to participate on one.<br />

- For the public, amateurs, beginners, enthusiasts and also for those<br />

who would like to improve their driving skills.<br />

-For those who would like to know what are their cars<br />

capable of on a professional race track.


Which cars are eligible on a „<strong>Time</strong> <strong>Attack</strong>“<br />

event?<br />

- Stock cars, lightly modified car as well as heavy modified and race<br />

purpose built cars are all eligible ( details can be found in the general<br />

rules)<br />

What rules do apply for „<strong>Time</strong> <strong>Attack</strong>“ ?<br />

- We kept the rules at a necessary minimum, to make „<strong>Time</strong> <strong>Attack</strong>“<br />

available to the general public<br />

- You don´t need a racing license to take part on the series (FIA or<br />

national)<br />

- The driver has to take part on a briefing organized by <strong>Slovakia</strong> <strong>Ring</strong><br />

before every race and he has to fill out the „Declaration of the<br />

Participant“ form<br />

- It is planned that one season will be composed of 5 events<br />

(„Rounds“) on the <strong>Slovakia</strong> <strong>Ring</strong>


What track wariants will be driven<br />

during the season<br />

Following track variants will be driven during the<br />

season: 2x variant 4., 1x variant 5.and 2x variant 1.


Which classes are there for „<strong>Time</strong><br />

<strong>Attack</strong>“ ?<br />

STOCK MODIFIED SUPER-MODIFIED<br />

S1 -1600cc M1 -1600cc SM1 -1600cc<br />

S2 - 2000cc M2 - 2000cc SM2 - 2000cc<br />

S3 - 3000cc M3 - 3000cc SM3 - 3000cc<br />

S4 + 3000cc M4 +3000cc SM4 + 3000cc<br />

- The coefficient for forced induction is following for all classes:<br />

1,5 for diesel engines, 1,7 for petrol engines and for Wankel<br />

engines 1,7 (naturally aspirated) and 2,0 (forced induction)


Class "Stock“ (S)<br />

- Stock cars<br />

- Valid MOT/TUV<br />

- Valid license plates<br />

- „Beginners, Enthusiasts, Amateurs“<br />

- permitted upgrades: tyres = semi-slick<br />

- Car or motorcycle helmet is obligatory


Class „Modified“ (M)<br />

- Lightly modified cars<br />

- Valid MOT/TUV<br />

- Valid license plates<br />

- „Advanced drivers, Enthusiasts“<br />

- permitted upgrades : tyres= slick, semislick<br />

and everything which is allowed by<br />

the MOT<br />

- Car or motorcycle helmet is obligatory<br />

- Roll cage or frame is recommended


Class „SUPER Modified“ (SM)<br />

- Cars with heavy modifications<br />

- Cars which are not allowed in<br />

everyday road traffic<br />

-„ Advanced drivers, experts, racing<br />

drivers, Pro´s“<br />

- permitted upgrades : NO Limits<br />

- Car or motorcycle helmet is<br />

obligatory<br />

- Roll cage or frame with racing<br />

harness is obligatory


Dates for the events („Rounds“)<br />

- Round 1: 12.3.2011<br />

- Round 2: 23.4.2011<br />

- Round 3: 5.7.2011<br />

- Round 4: 9.10.2011<br />

- Round 5: 23.10.2011<br />

- Following track variants will be driven during the<br />

season: 2x variant 4., 1x variant 5. and 2x variant 1<br />

The track variants will be accommodated according<br />

to the number of participants. <strong>Slovakia</strong> <strong>Ring</strong> reserves<br />

its right to change the dates of the events.

The time schedule is<br />

Car rental<br />

Car rental (SEAT LEON CUP or<br />

HONDA CIVIC Type R):<br />

-Price 750,- EUR/with VAT. for one<br />

event<br />

- Cash deposit: 1.000,- EUR<br />

- Price includes: petrol, access to the track, one<br />

mechanic.<br />

- Price doesn´t include starting fee or the rental<br />

of a helmet.<br />

- Our cars fit into the class SM2


Starting fee<br />

- 80,- EUR with VAT paid 14 days prior to the event<br />

or 100,- EUR with VAT on location<br />

-The price includes: - Briefing before the race,<br />

rental of a transponder
