converts to <strong>Frontier</strong> Legacy OSS applications. The below table provides mapping of the old<br />
<strong>ICSC</strong> to new <strong>ICSC</strong> <strong>Code</strong>s applicable for these states.<br />
Note: The old <strong>ICSC</strong> codes of GT12, GT60, GT61 or GT62 cannot be used on New ASRs<br />
