An upper second class honours degree or<br />
higher degree in psychology or equivalent<br />
Eligibility for graduate basis of registration<br />
of the British Psychological Society<br />
Experience of working with people with<br />
psychological problems and/or other<br />
disabilities related to acquired brain injuries<br />
Experience of supporting people with<br />
complex disabilities<br />
Experience of working as part of a team<br />
Ability to carry out behavioural observations<br />
and use ABC charts<br />
Strong IT skills.<br />
High level communication skills (written and<br />
verbal) including an ability to communicate<br />
and work in settings in which may be<br />
emotionally charged<br />
Ability to communicate sensitive information<br />
to patients, carers and colleagues in a way<br />
that addresses psychological resistance<br />
Ability to work as a member of a team and<br />
understand the role of other disciplines<br />
An understanding of the needs and<br />
