Walking in Cork:
The organising committee and event leaders reserve the right to
change or cancel any of the events without prior notice. The event
leaders must be obeyed at all times. Failure to obey the Event Leaders
will result in expulsion from the event.
Participants need to check their capabilities before deciding what
walks and events to participate in. All event leaders are trained and
experienced but must take your word that you are sufficiently fit for
the walk or event you have chosen. Underlying health issues should
be communicated to the event leaders prior to taking part. Children
under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for all events unless
stated.
We have made every effort to make sure that all walks and events
included in the Cork Walking Month are as safe and as enjoyable as
possible; however any event or walk attended by you is done so at
your own risk. Due care has been exercised in coordinating the Cork
Walking Month 2013. The Cork Sports Partnership and associated
Partners, Supporters and Event Organisers accept no liability for loss,
accident or injury to any person on any Cork Walking Month events.
