New account opening orders are set at $250.<br />
Existing customers can place reorders at a<br />
minimum of $100. Orders less than $100 will be<br />
subject to a small order fee of $10.<br />
Freight Charges<br />
Standard freight policy is F.O.B. Fort Lawn,<br />
South Carolina. Merchandise will be shipped by<br />
the best and least expensive means. Freight costs<br />
will be prepaid and added to your invoice.<br />
Terms<br />
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and<br />
AMERICAN EXPRESS only on the first two<br />
orders. Net 30 terms available upon credit<br />
approval on third order. Accounts must apply for<br />
credit by supplying a credit sheet with at least 6<br />
active credit references with fax numbers. Net<br />
30 terms are based on the date of the invoice<br />
and finance charges in the amount of 1.5% per<br />
month will be applied to invoices not paid within<br />
30 days. No COD orders are accepted. Prices are<br />
subject to change without notice. We reserve the<br />
right to discontinue product.<br />
Our goal is to have a fully-stocked warehouse,<br />
but due to the nature of importing, we can not<br />
guarantee that every item will be in stock at<br />
all times. Items not in stock will automatically<br />
be back ordered and shipped as they become<br />
available, unless stipulated differently by the<br />
customer. Back orders below $50.00 will<br />
automatically cancel.<br />
Returns<br />
Merchandise returns are subject to review and<br />
will be accepted by <strong>Scene</strong> <strong>Weaver</strong>, LLC only<br />
with prior return authorization. Returns received<br />
without a Return Authorization (R.A.) form<br />
and R.A. number will be refused and returned to<br />
sender. All authorized returns must be shipped<br />
prepaid to <strong>Scene</strong> <strong>Weaver</strong>.<br />
Order Changes & Cancellations<br />
Order changes and cancellations must be<br />
submitted in writing and acknowledged by our<br />
customer service team. We require order changes<br />
and cancellations be made at least 7 days prior to<br />
the ship date. Changes to orders in progress will<br />
result in a $15.00 fee.<br />
<strong>Scene</strong> <strong>Weaver</strong>, LLC will charge a 15% restocking<br />
fee, as well as shipping costs for refused orders,<br />
partial orders shipped prior to cancel dates, or<br />
orders without cancel dates. The 15% restocking<br />
fee also applies to other unauthorized returns.<br />
Export<br />
The export of any <strong>Scene</strong> <strong>Weaver</strong>, LLC product<br />
outside of the United States or its territory<br />
is expressly prohibited without prior written<br />
permission from <strong>Scene</strong> <strong>Weaver</strong>, LLC.<br />
