Meeting unless it is ratified at that Annual General
Meeting.
12.2.5 The National Executive Committee shall meet at least once
every two (2) months.
12.2.6 Minutes of all National Executive Committee Meetings shall
be distributed to members of the Committee within twenty one
(21) days of such meeting.
12.2.7 A summary of decisions taken at National Executive
Committee Meetings shall be distributed to the Members of
SAFA once every two (2) months.
12.2.8 The National Executive Committee shall ensure that Minutes
of any General Meetings are distributed to the Members of
SAFA within twenty-one (21) days of the meeting in question.
12.3 Management Committee
12.3.1 The Management Committee shall comprise

One Additional Member of the National Executive
nominated by the National Executive Committee
The Chief Executive Officer
12.3.2 The Management Committee shall deal with all matters
requiring immediate decision between meetings of the
National Executive Committee
12.3.3 The business of the Management Committee shall ordinarily
be conducted at specially convened meetings, provided that
in exceptional circumstances, if it is not practical to convene a
meeting of the Management Committee, decisions may be
reached by means of written communication, in which case
the National Executive Committee shall be notified
immediately.
12.3.4 All decisions taken by the Management Committee shall be
implemented immediately but must be tabled for ratification
by the National Executive Committee at its next meeting.
