Waring Professional Convection Ovens
Bringing a new standard of power to countertop cooking, this line offers two size ovens: a 1.5 cu ft. model that can
accommodate a half-sheet commercial baking pan and a .9 cu ft. model that accommodates a quarter-sheet commercial
baking pan. Both ovens feature 1700-watts of power and a 120-minute timer and are designed with an extremely
accurate thermostat that regulates the temperature so foods cook more consistently. The products feature a fan that
circulates air around the entire oven rather than straight at the food to ensure even heat distribution without overcooking
food items at the back of the oven. The 1.5 cu ft. unit comes with four shelf positions and provides five different cooking
methods—conventional baking, convection baking, rotisserie, roasting and broiling. It can hold up to 9 lbs. of meat. The
.9 cu ft. model has three shelf positions and offers the same cooking functions as the larger model and can hold u to 7
lbs. of meat.

rated motor and feature larger, 48-oz. polycarbonate carafes with 2-oz. measuring lids and a heavy duty metal base. The
blends are available in four finishes: brushed chrome, bony, chili red and chrome. Other features include simple twospeed
toggle switch operation, easy to clean removable blade assembly and easy to read English and metric graduations.
