ONGC Videsh Ltd., payable at Delhi Or Bank Guarantee
on Non-judicial Stamp Paper of requisite value as per
prescribed format enclosed at Appendix-4 of Annexure-I
(BG should be valid for at least 90 days from the date of
opening of the tender).
The successful bidder has to submit Security Deposit /
Performance Bank Guarantee / Contract Security - in
the form of Demand draft (in favour of Manager (F&A),
ONGC Videsh Ltd., Delhi) or Bank Guarantee (BG) - for
10 % of the Annual Contract Value, within 15 days from
date of LOA/LOI.
10. Validity of Performance Bank 60 days beyond the expiry of the contract/delivery period.
