3070 QUIC-MOUNT ® Nozzle Cup Mount<br />

This durable rubber cup mount is the ideal way to mount pre-connected nozzles on fire and<br />
emergency vehicles. Do not use with pistol-grip or play pipes.<br />
Only one hole is required for mounting. Virtually any nozzle may be stored in one of the<br />
four cup models available. Measure diameter at discharge end of nozzle to determine which<br />
cup is required.<br />
Additional cup mounts available for use with SCBA, fire extinguishers and other cylindrical<br />
items. See page 1-24.<br />
All cup mounts are shipped with a tie down safety strap. The strap has a brass grommet. The<br />
hex head bolt should pass down through the cup, bracket and grommet, with a flat washer<br />
and nut affixed to the bolt.<br />

For mounting on vertical surface with top projection - Bolt short 5” side of<br />
bracket to flat vertical mounting surface using four bolts 1/4” dia., lock washers and<br />
nuts (not included). Insert bolt of nozzle cup mount into farthest center hole in long<br />
6-7/8” side of bracket and tighten securely with lock washer and nut provided.<br />
For mounting on flat vertical surface - Bolt long 6-7/8” side of bracket to flat<br />
vertical mounting surface using same size bolts, lock washers and nuts (not included)<br />
as above. Insert bolt of nozzle cup mount into center hole of the farthest 3 holes of<br />
the short 5” horizontal side of the bracket, and tighten securely with lock washer and<br />
nut provided.<br />
3070 QUIC-MOUNT ® Neoprene Post Mount<br />
The nine-inch neoprene post is simple to install and never affected by moisture. It’s<br />
ideal to hold standard play pipe nozzles or stacked couplings. Single 3/8” diameter<br />
hole required for mounting. 4” W (at bottom) x 9-1/8” H (less bolt) x 1-3/8” W (at<br />
top).<br />
