Desert Willow Golf Resort where PGA certified
instruction has been an important component in
the ten-year success of the deserts premier
golfing destination.
The instructors at The Academy believe that using
the correct equipment and having a structured
environment for practice is as important as proper
technique when taking your game to the next
level. They offer JC Video state-of–the-art video
computer swing analysis, provide on-course
evaluations, and teach innovative swing drills

Private Instruction
Video Lesson (60 minutes) $150
Swing analysis results in a summary of the steps for success,
personalized swing drills, before/after video footage, and key swing
positions. Analysis is sent via e-mail for easy access.
Introduction Full Swing (60 minutes)

Swing evaluation, identify swing faults, and prescribe course of action.
Putting (60 minutes)

Instruction includes stroke fundamentals and individual stroke analysis,
green reading techniques, putting drills, distance, and feel drills.
Short Game PGA (90 minutes) $150
Instruction includes advice and techniques for chipping, pitching/lob,
and sand play.
On Course “Playing Lesson” PGA (2 hours) $250
The on-course lesson transforms the swing and course management
principles from theoretical to practical applications.
Titleist Performance Institute Golf $150
Flexibility Program (60 minutes)
Golf specific flexibility, conditioning, or strength program will be
prescribed based on individual body analysis. The evaluation is
accompanied by a detailed, 6 week custom workout program
describing golf specific exercises and stretches.
TPI Full Swing/Golf Flexibility Program (3 hours) $299

Golf Schools
1-Day Golf School (5 hours, 8 am – 1 pm) $499
Instructor to student ratio 1:3 (minimum of two students); JC Video
computer analysis; Custom TPI Fitness evaluation and summary;
Equipment analysis by Desert Willow certified club fitter; Lunch at the
award-winning clubhouse restaurant; Personalized CD Rom video
summary of session, including swing drills and tips for success.
2-Day Golf School (10 hours, 8 am – 1 pm) $999
Instructor to student ratio 1:3 (minimum of two students); JC Video
computer analysis of the full swing and short game; Custom TPI
Fitness evaluation and summary; Equipment analysis by Desert Willow
certified club fitter; Lunch each day at the award-winning clubhouse
restaurant; Personalized CD Rom video summary of session, including
swing drills and tips for success.
3-Day Golf School (15 hours, 8 am – 1 pm) $1,499
Instructor to student ratio 1:2; JC Video computer analysis of the full
swing and short game; Custom TPI Fitness evaluation and summary;
Equipment analysis by Desert Willow certified club fitter; On-course
playing lesson on the final day*; Lunch each day at the award-winning
clubhouse restaurant; Personalized CD Rom video summary of
session, including swing drills and tips for success.

Golf Equipment Repair
Clinics and Corporate Programs
Clinics are held September through mid-June with a 5:1 student
to teacher ratio. Schedules are subject to change. Please call

Daily Clinics (60 minutes) $30
Improving golf swing mechanics and course management with
practice drills and pre-swing images for full swing and various areas
of the short game.
Women Only Clinic (60 minutes) Sundays at 3 pm $30
The fundamentals of striking the ball specific to a woman’s game
are taught by female golf professionals. The clinic concludes with a
Q & A session.
Active Adult Clinic (60 minutes) Saturdays at 11 am $30
Designed for those over 55 years, instruction focuses on full swing,
course management, short game, equipment, and fitness.
Custom Club Fitting
The Works (90 – 120 minutes) $150
Provides the most comprehensive fitting and evaluation of a complete
set of clubs, includes driver, long game, iron, and wedge
fittings.
Driver Fitting (45 – 60 minutes) $90
Optimizes ball flight and control resulting in longer, straighter drives.

Iron Fitting (45 – 60 minutes) $90
Provides the best iron model and specifications optimizing ball flight
and performance.
Long Game Fitting (45 – 60 minutes) $90
Provides the proper combination of clubs to fill the yardage and
trajectory gap between the strongest iron and #3 fairway metal.
Wedge Fitting (45 – 60 minutes) $90
Provides the best combination of wedges optimizing short game
performance (scoring) and yardage gaps.
Putter Fitting (45 – 60 minutes) $90
Teaches eye position, arm position, lie angle, swing weight. and
length of putter for each individual student.
