• At that time, the exam showed a<br />

fever of 103 F and a blood pressure<br />

of 78/55. Dry mucous membranes<br />

and circumoral pallor were noted.<br />

The lung exam revealed bibasilar<br />

rales. He was lethargic but oriented.<br />

No focal neurologic deficits were<br />

found and no rash was appreciated.
