markets, the majority of those who intend to purchase a new<br />

car this year, visit MallScape malls at least once a month.<br />

Scarborough research indicates that:<br />

Los Angeles Mallscape shoppers are nearly 2½ times<br />

more likely to plan on buying a new luxury vehicle than the<br />

average adult in the LA DMA.<br />

MallScape shoppers are 60% more likely to plan on buying<br />

a new luxury vehicle than the average adult in the top<br />

DMAs.<br />

MallScape shoppers are 31% more likely to plan on buying<br />

a new SUV than the average adult in the top DMAs.<br />

In the Chicago DMA 194,000 MallScape shoppers plan on<br />

buying a new car next year— They represent<br />

$5.5 billion in new car sales in the next 12 months.<br />
