StructureScan High Definition Sonar Imaging
Simrad’s StructureScan sonar provides a very cost effective solution for water surveys at depths 100m and less of channel and berth
obstructions, shipwrecks, reef evaluations or bridge and wharf support surveys. Photo-like side and down-scan images can be viewed
in real-time or logged for later viewing or processing. The simple

Simrad D/GPS compass solutions are designed to provide reliable heading, rate of turn and position information to Simrad Autopilots
and the MX Series of navigation and AIS transponder systems.
The HS80 and MX575C are both type approved including RAIM (receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring). Both models deliver
heading accuracy of better than 0.5 degree and provide sub-meter DGPS positioning accuracy. This level of accuracy is achieved in the
MX575C by using the RTCM correction data supplied from its internal beacon demodulator and from SBAS. The HS80 accuracy simply
comes from SBAS.

SA70 SART
The Simrad SA70 SART is a 9GHz Search and Rescue Radar Transponder designed for use in search and rescue
operations and gives the location of the distress on an X-band radar display. When the SART is interrogated (hit) by
a radar signal, it will immediately start to transmit and be detected on the radar screens of nearby vessels.
