These are university places that are subsidised by the Australian Government. HECS-HELP loans are available to eligible students enrolled in a CSP to cover all or part of the student contribution amount. Your HECS-HELP debt is recorded with the Australian Taxation Office, and no fees are charged on HECS-HELP loans. CSPs are limited.
