Mid-Way <strong>Baptist</strong>,<br />

and members recently<br />
hosted a<br />
national BBFI meeting, is well known<br />
for its very active membership. Schuyler<br />
says, “The PLACE process has had a<br />
tremendous impact in helping our members<br />
at Mid-Way <strong>to</strong> better know their<br />
abilities and spiritual gifts and <strong>to</strong> develop<br />
them <strong>to</strong> a greater service in knowing<br />
where they fit in<strong>to</strong> God’s Work.”<br />
At the workshop, one of the <strong>to</strong>ols<br />
leaders receive and learn <strong>to</strong> use is an<br />
assessment <strong>to</strong>ol that combines spiritual<br />
gifts with four personality types, abilities,<br />
passions, and experiences of life.<br />
Each leader will discover that effective<br />
ministry is a summation of personality,<br />
skill sets, passions, and life experiences.<br />
