I decided to touch upon one of the factors<br />

that, according to international surveys and<br />

pools* has a direct impact on the successful<br />

completion of any expatriate mission, be it in<br />

Russia or elsewhere in the world.<br />

Unfortunately, so far, in Russia, this aspect<br />

has not being paid due attention and respect.<br />

This is probably why, quite regularly, we hear<br />
