Submitting of Plans to CI<br />

Deadline in Grant Agreement for, for either FH or<br />
AI: 120 days. Extensions can be requested &<br />
granted, but after those extensions, admin funds<br />
can be frozen.<br />
Electronic and faxed submissions are accepted<br />
for draft/initial review, but originals (dated<br />
signatures from the Chief Elected Official) must<br />
be submitted to CI<br />
Plans are submitted by local government and not<br />
by grant number. Needed for any open grants for<br />
the grantee.<br />
Must use the template provided for FHP. The HUD<br />
AI outline is recommended.<br />
