Following the great success of last year’s inaugural
Global IP and Innovation Summit, Managing IP are
looking forward to hosting the 2nd annual forum in
September 2013. This two day, fully bilingual event
creates the ideal forum in which to cross
jurisdictional divides so as to enhance economic
performance. The event will provide comprehensive
coverage of IP issues from multiple perspectives;
allowing for collaborative sharing of ideas and
experience between inbound and outbound IP
owners. The most pressing and up-to-date issues
pertaining to IP will be dealt with by leading experts
from China, Europe and the USA. This programme
is enhanced so as to reflect the ever growing value
placed upon IP monetization and how best to
maximise the profit generating potential of an IP
portfolio. In addition, we will ensure that the topics
and content reflect the growing level of know-how in
local Chinese corporations, to ensure that we are
attracting top level executives and decision makers.
There will be coverage given to the reformed patent
and trademark laws in China as well as to the
global impact of anti-trust laws upon IP licensing
and management. Last year the Global IP and
Innovation Summit attracted over 500 delegates.
2013’s Summit will build upon the unparalleled
successes of our previous China events bringing
together a domestic audience with the addition of
international counsel and senior executives.
