ROAD DISCONTINUANCE<br />
Target Road<br />
Under Section 206 and Schedule 10, Clause 3 of the Local <strong>Government</strong> Act 1989, the<br />
Manningham City Council at its ordinary meeting held on 17 December 2002 formed the opinion<br />
that the road shown on the plan below is not reasonably required as a road for public use and<br />
resolved to discontinue the road and to retain the land from the road for municipal purposes.<br />
