Amendment C18 to the Nillumbik Planning
Scheme.
The Amendment comes into operation on the
date this notice is published in the Government
Gazette.
The Amendment:
l rezones land on the south-west corner of
Cemetery Road and ElthamÐYarra Glen
Road (Lot 1 on PS331571H, Parish of
Nillumbik) from part Environmental Rural
Zone (Schedule 3) and part Road Zone
(Category 1) to Public Use Zone (Schedule 5).
