About CESSI<br />

CESSI: Argentina Software and IT Services Chamber<br />

‐ CESSI was born in 1982 and represents companies devoted to developing, producing,<br />

marketing and implementing software and a broad spectrum of related services, and<br />

regional Software and IT Services entities in Argentina.<br />

‐ CESSI gathers 360 member companies directly (national and international) and 300<br />

more nucleated on Poles, Clusters and Regional Entities members. Nowadays represents<br />

over the 80% of the income and over 85% of the employment of this industry.<br />

‐ Therefore CESSI faces the new century as a mature organization with a large<br />

background and great prestige, standing as one of the main representatives of the<br />

argentinian Software and IT Services Industry before government, private sector,<br />

academy and international markets.<br />

‐ CESSI plays an oustanding role in <strong>WITSA</strong> (Board of Directors & VP for Latin America),<br />

ALETI (Board of Directors & ex ‐ Chairman).<br />
