Hajipur came into existence on 1 st October 2002. It includes five divisions<br />
namely Danapur, Sonpur, Samastipur, Mughalsarai & Dhanbad. <strong>East</strong> <strong>Central</strong><br />
<strong>Railway</strong> is having a vast network of 3656.223 route kilometer and 5294.538<br />
Track Kilometer passing/running through the State of Bihar, Jharkhand and<br />
part of Utter Pradesh & Madhya Pradesh.
