On behalf of our meeting attendees, a special rate has been secured over the dates of the
meeting of $175.00 single/$195.00 double occupancy plus tax, currently at 12%.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
A one night’s deposit is required and cancellations are accepted up to seventy-two (72)
hours prior to arrival.
Please be sure to indicate that you are with the SVN Convention to secure the group rate.

SVN Terms and Conditions
Exhibit information. The Exhibit Hall will serve as the venue for the
Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, the Continental
Breakfast on Thursday morning and coffee breaks each day.
Cancellation of booth space. Cancellations and requests for refunds
must be received in writing 30 days prior to the opening date
of the exhibits. If these requirements are met, 50% of the
exhibit fee will be refunded after the Convention.
Assignment of booth space. Booth space is assigned on a first come,
first served basis according to exhibit contract date of receipt
and exhibitor preferences. SVN will make every attempt to
assign the requested booth space.
Hospitality and entertainment. No entertainment or social
functions may be scheduled by an exhibitor to conflict with
educational program hours, exhibit hours, or social events held
during the convention. Companies that are not exhibiting are
prohibited from hosting hospitality or social functions.
Conduct of exhibits. Interviews, demonstrations, and distribution
of literature or samples must be made within the booth space
assigned to the exhibitor. Canvassing or distributing of advertising
outside the exhibitor’s own booth will not be permitted.
Indemnification. The Exhibitor agrees to abide by the terms of
this contract, the Official Exhibit Rules and Regulations, and
any applicable provisions under SVN’s agreement with the
management of the Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel all
of which are made a part of this contract by reference and fully
incorporated herein. The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility
and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out
of injury or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment, and
other property brought upon the premises of the hotel. The
Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Sheraton
Baltimore City Center Hotel, its agents, servants, and employees,
and SVN from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
General convention registration. Any exhibitor wishing to register
for and attend the convention’s educational sessions will register
through the normal registration process used by convention
participants. Exhibitors paying convention registration fees will
be awarded contact hours for educational sessions attended.
Music licensing. The exhibitor warrants that it will comply with
all copyright restrictions applicable to exhibitors including,
but not limited to, any music performance agreements required
by ASCAP or BMI.
Audio. Audio devices used as part of an exhibit, which project sounds
beyond the perimeter of the exhibitor’s booth, are not permitted.
Insuring exhibits. Exhibitors are encouraged to insure their exhibits,
merchandise, and display materials against theft, fire, etc. at
their own expense. It is recommended that the exhibitor contact
its insurance broker to obtain all-risk insurance or a rider policy
covering exhibit property while absent from home premises
for exhibit purposes.
Fire regulations. No exhibitor will be allowed to use any flammable
decorations in the exhibit booth.
Shipping instructions. Information on shipping exhibit materials
will be included in the Exhibitor Kit prepared by Las Vegas
Expo Company. Should you have additional questions not
answered in the Exhibitor Kit, please contact the Las Vegas
Expo representative.
Selling in exhibit space. The selling of any products and the related
taxes for delivery during the SVN Convention is the sole
responsibility of the exhibitor.
