Option Three: Retain the land<br />
Costs: Opportunity cost for use <strong>of</strong> net proceeds $85,000 2 to $380,000 on other reserves<br />
Minor mowing costs.<br />
Benefits: Retains existing reserve, city entrance and neighbours amenity.<br />
