RE: Canadian Distribution of Savoy Label Group<br />
Dear Customer,<br />
Effective Monday June 7, <strong>2010</strong>, the Canadian distribution of the attached products from<br />
Savoy Label Group will change from E1 Music Canada to <strong>Fontana</strong> <strong>North</strong> / Universal Music<br />
Canada.<br />
In order to make this transition as easy as possible for all customers, the following steps<br />
have been agreed upon by <strong>Fontana</strong> <strong>North</strong> and E1 Music Canada.<br />
ORDERS:<br />
Effective Friday June 4, <strong>2010</strong> E1 Music Canada will cancel all back orders for the products<br />
listed in the attached document. Effective Monday June 7, <strong>2010</strong> <strong>Fontana</strong> <strong>North</strong> will solicit all<br />
orders and ship the attached products.<br />
RETURNS:<br />
E1 Music Canada will accept return requests for these products until Friday June 4, <strong>2010</strong>.<br />
<strong>Fontana</strong> <strong>North</strong> will begin accepting return requests for these products on Monday June 7,<br />
<strong>2010</strong><br />
ADVERTISING:<br />
E1 Music Canada will be responsible for ad claims issued before Monday, June 7, <strong>2010</strong>.<br />
