The University of Adelaide Alumni Golf Tournament unites distinguished alumni and guests from
all over the globe on a superb world-class golf course. This will be a fun way to play for your
country and a great opportunity to network with people you would not normally come in contact
with.

in this Alumni Golf Tournament on the superb and picturesque New Course at the Singapore

Wednesday 20 March

Briefing in the foyer of the Royal Plaza on Scotts (25 Scotts Road, Singapore, 228220)

Bus transfer to the Singapore Island Country Club (SICC).
12.30pm
The opportunity to play a practice round on the New Course of the SICC - the most
prestigious golf destination in Singapore.
5.30pm - 6.00pm
Practice round completed and change for dinner at the SICC.
7.00pm
Golf participants will be joined for dinner by invited distinguished Alumni from Singapore.
The dinner will feature an address with an economic theme from one of our leading
Singapore Alumni.
10.00pm
Dinner concludes and bus transfer to the Royal Plaza on Scotts.

Thursday 21 March
9.00am
Bus transfer from Royal Plaza on Scotts to the Singapore Island Country Club.
10.00am
The 2013 University of Adelaide Alumni Golf Tournament commences on the New Course
of SICC. The Stableford competition will provide a fun, corporate style event, catering for
a range of golfing abilities (all players are required to have registered handicaps to play).
You will play in groups of four that will be made up of players from the different countries
represented. The winning ‘team’ will be decided on a country basis. All participating
countries will require at least five players to compete for the perpetual trophy. Where there
are more than five players from a country, the top five scores will count towards the final
result. The winning team will take home the Alumni Golf Tournament Perpetual Trophy,
kindly donated by Royal Selangor Pewter.
3.00pm - 3.30pm
Round completed and scores collected.
4.00pm
Drinks/Cocktail Event begins at the SICC.
4.30pm
Presentation of the Perpetual Trophy to the winning team by the Vice-Chancellor and
President, Professor Warren Bebbington.
5.00pm
Bus transfer to the Royal Plaza on Scotts.
Friday 22 March
7.00pm - 9.00pm
All golf participants will be invited to attend an evening Singapore Alumni Event at the
Royal Plaza on Scotts.

It will be your responsibility to arrange your own airfares and transfers for the Golf Tournament.
Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend and your cancellation is received more than 14 working days prior to
the event, a refund of the registration fee will be made. Regrettably, if cancellation is received less than
14 working days before the event, no refund will be given. Attendee substitute is accepted.
