GYMNASTICS and TUMBLING CLASSES
Instructor: Stephanie Scoggins
Children of all ages and skill levels can explore a variety of gymnastics’ elements to develop physically as well as socially in a safe and fun atmosphere. Through practicing
skills and drills from session to session the child is given the ability to move into more complex variations and routines as their skill levels improve. Equipment varies by location.
Children must be age appropriate by the first class. Only Parent Tot parents are allowed to remain in the class area. All others must wait outside for the entire class. There
will be an observation day on the last day of each session. Dress code, unless noted, is tucked in shirt with shorts/pants. For more info, please contact the instructor Stephanie

PARENT/TOT GYMNASTICS
Children will tumble, jump, balance and swing while parents actively participate with their child and instructors provide assistance on safety and movements. Children will
explore different equipment and body movements while enhancing social and motor skills. One child per parent.

safe atmosphere. Students will be grouped by age and skill level so that they can progress from session to session. As mastery occurs new and different skills are explored.
Parents are asked to wait outside the classroom during class.

TUMBLING
This class will emphasize teaching, practicing and perfecting tumbling skills including rolls, cartwheels, walkovers and handsprings. As children progress at their own pace,
harder skills are introduced. Children learn combinations of skills to prepare them for tumbling routines. Parents are asked to wait outside the classroom during class.

ADVANCED GYMNASTICS
Children who have passed skill testing will practice routines and drills so they may develop techniques and skill precision in all gymnastics events.

TEAM PROGRAM
This program is for students who have been skill tested and are pursuing competitive gymnastics. Through the use of routines gymnasts in levels 1 through prep-op will master
