• The organization will have a President, Vice-<br />
President/President Elect, Treasurer, and<br />
Secretary, all to be elected by the Board of<br />
Directors.<br />

• The President will chair any and all meetings of the<br />
Board of Directors, Executive Committee meetings<br />
and General Membership meetings and will perform<br />
such other duties usually incident to the office. The<br />
President will appoint the chairperson of each<br />
committee and may also appoint Board members to<br />
serve on committees as designated.
